| 目的 观察、探讨创疡贴治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法 对本院收治的2例糖尿病足患者，在调节血糖、控制感染等基础治疗的同时，创面外用创疡贴包扎治疗，每天换药1次，观察创面愈合效果。结果 2例患者创面均于治疗15 d后基本愈合，未遗留明显瘢痕。结论 创疡贴可改善糖尿病足溃疡创面血液循环，促进创面愈合，疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。 |

| Objective To observe and explore the curative effect of MEBO dressing on diabetic foot. Methods On the basis of foundation treatments such as blood sugar adjustment and infection control, two patients with diabetic foot were treated topically with bandage of MEBO dressings on the wounds, changing the dressing once a day and observing the healing effect. Results The wounds of two patients healed on the whole in 15 days without visible scarring. Conclusion Application of MEBO dressing can improve the blood circulation of diabetic foot wound of ulcer and accelerate wound healing, having significant effect and being worthy of clinical promotion and application. |
