| 目的 探讨湿润烧伤膏联合康复新液预防和治疗百草枯中毒性口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法 将45例口服百草枯中毒患者随机分为观察组（25例）和对照组（20例），观察组于常规口腔护理后应用康复新液含漱，并用湿润烧伤膏涂擦口腔黏膜；对照组于常规口腔护理后单纯应用康复新液含漱。结果 观察组与对照组患者均于2～3 d后出现口腔、咽喉部疼痛及口腔黏膜溃疡，两组发生时间无统计学差异（P>0.05）；观察组患者的口腔黏膜溃疡程度明显轻于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组的治疗效果明显优于对照组（P＜0.05），差异均具有统计学意义。结论 湿润烧伤膏与康复新液联合应用可明显减轻百草枯中毒患者的口腔黏膜损伤程度，缩短口腔溃疡的治疗时间，疗效可靠。 |

| Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of MEBO combined with Kangfuxin solution in treating oral ulcer caused by paraquat. Methods 45 cases with paraquat-induced oral ulcers were randomly divided into two groups: an observation group with 25 cases and a control group with 20 cases. In the observation group, Kangfuxin solution was firstly given to the patients for oral gargling following the conventional oral care and then MEBO was smeared onto the oral mucosa. In the control group, only Kangfuxin solution was given to patients after the conventional oral care. Results All the cases in both groups developed pain of oral cavity and throat and ulcers of oral mucosa in 2~3days, of which the occurrence time had no statistical difference (P > 0.05) between the two groups. The cases in the observation group had milder oral mucosal ulcers compared with that in the control group (P < 0.05) and the curative effect in the observation group was significantly superior to that in the control group (P＜0.05), the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion MEBO in combination with Kangfuxin solution can significantly decrease the severity of oral mucosal ulcers caused by paraquat and shorten the healing time, realizing reliable curative effect. |
