          目的 观察口服自拟中药汤剂联合湿润烧伤膏外用治疗湿热蕴肤型湿疹的临床疗效。方法 将82例湿热蕴肤型湿疹患者随机分为治疗组(42例)与对照组(40例),治疗组患者在口服自拟中药汤剂的同时外用湿润烧伤膏换药治疗;对照组患者在口服自拟中药汤剂的同时外用3%硼酸溶液冷湿敷治疗,3周后对比观察两组临床疗效。结果 治疗组患者的痊愈率为81.0%,总有效率为90.5%;对照组患者的痊愈率为37.5%,总有效率为67.5%,两组痊愈率比较,差异有统计学意义。结论 口服自拟中药汤剂联合湿润烧伤膏外用治疗湿热蕴肤型湿疹疗效较好,具有消炎止痛、袪腐生肌等功效,值得临床推广应用。

          Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Self-designed TCM?decoction combined with MEBO ointment on the treatment of?eczema of dampness-heat?type.?Methods 82 patients with?eczema of dampness-heat?type?were randomly divided?into the treatment group?(42 cases)?and control group?(40 cases).The treatment?group was treated with oral administration of?self-made Chinese medicine decoction and external use of?MEBO ointment; the control group were given oral administration of self-made Chinese medicine decoction?and?wet and cold external application of 3%?boric acid solution.?The clinical therapeutic?effect of the two groups was compared 3 weeks later. Results The cure rate of the treatment group was 81.0%,?the total effective rate was 90.48%. The cure rate of the control group was 37.5%,?the total effective rate was 67.50%. The difference of cure rates between the two group was statistically significant. Conclusion Clinical effect of self-designed chinese medicine decoction combined with MEBO ointment on eczema of dampness-heat?type was better,?having the functions of eliminating inflammation, relieving pain, removing the necrotic tissues and promoting granulation, worthy of clinical promotion and application.
