目的 探讨清火败毒饮(qinghuobaiduyin,QHBDY)对烧伤SD大鼠小肠黏膜细胞凋亡的影响。方法 选择健康雄性SD大鼠45只,随机分为对照组、单纯烧伤组、烧伤后QHBDY治疗组,分别于烧伤后6 h、12 h、24 h、48 h 取SD大鼠小肠标本并检测分析各组小肠黏膜细胞凋亡情况和凋亡因子Caspase-3、Bcl-2的表达情况。结果 单纯烧伤组SD大鼠烧伤后各时间点小肠黏膜细胞凋亡率均较对照组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);QHBDY治疗组SD大鼠除6 h外其余各时间点小肠黏膜细胞凋亡率均低于单纯烧伤组相同时间点小肠黏膜细胞凋亡率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。单纯烧伤组SD大鼠烧伤后各时间点Caspase-3的表达均较对照组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);QHBDY治疗组SD大鼠除6 h外其余各时间点Caspase-3的表达均低于单纯烧伤组相同时间点Caspase-3的表达,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。单纯烧伤组烧伤后各时间点Bcl-2的表达均较对照组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);QHBDY治疗组SD大鼠除6 h外其余各时间点Bcl-2的表达均高于单纯烧伤组相同时间点Bcl-2的表达,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 清火败毒饮对烧伤后SD大鼠小肠黏膜细胞凋亡具有抑制作用,这可能是通过增强Bcl-2的表达和降低Caspase-3的表达实现的。 |

Objective To explore the effects of Qinghuobaiduyin (QHBDY) on the small intestinal mucosal cell apoptosis of burned SD rats. Methods Forty-five healthy male SD rats were enrolled to be randomly divided into a control group, a simple burn group and a QHBDY treatment group. Take the small intestinal samples of rats in each group at four time points, i.e., 6h, 12h, 24h and 48hpost burn respectively to detect and analyze the mucosal cell apoptosis of small intestines and the expression of apoptosis factors Caspase-3 and Bcl-2 in each group. Results Compared with the control group, the apoptosis rates of small intestinal mucosal cells in the simple burn group at each time point all elevated remarkably, signifying significant statistical difference (P<0.05); the apoptosis rates of small intestinal mucosal cell in the QHBDY treatment groupat each time point, excluding the time point of 6h post burn, were lower than that of the same time point of the simple burn group and the differences between them were significant in statistics (P<0.05). The expression of Caspase-3 at each time point in the simple burn group was higher than that in the control group, signifying significant statistical difference (P<0.05), while the expression of Caspase-3 in the QHBDY treatment group at each time point, excluding the time point of 6h post burn, was lower than that of the same time point of the simple burn group and the differences between them were significant in statistics (P<0.05). The expression of Bcl-2 at each time point in the simple burn group was higher than that in the control group, signifying significant statistical difference (P<0.05), while the expression of Bcl-2 in the QHBDY treatment group at each time point, excluding the time point of 6h post burn, was higher than that of the same time point of the simple burn group and the differences between them were significant in statistics (P<0.05). Conclusion QHBDY plays an inhibiting role in the cell apoptosis of small intestinal mucosa of burned SD rats, which may be achieved by increasing the expression of Bcl-2 and decreasing the expression of Caspase-3. |
