| 目的 探讨烧伤湿性医疗技术（Moist Exposed Burn Treatment/Moist Exposed Burn Ointment，MEBT/MEBO）联合微粒皮种植治疗Ⅲ度深型烧伤的临床疗效。方法 10例Ⅲ度深型烧伤患者在全身治疗的基础上，采用MEBT/MEBO联合微粒皮种植治疗，观察创面愈合率、愈合时间及愈合质量。结果 10例患者创面均愈合，愈合率为100%，愈合时间为45～140 d，平均愈合时间为78 d，愈后皮肤有轻度瘢痕形成，但无功能障碍和畸形。结论 MEBT/MEBO联合微粒皮种植治疗Ⅲ度深型烧伤创面，操作简便，能有效缩短Ⅲ度深型烧伤创面的愈合时间，提高创面愈合率及愈合质量，疗效显著，值的临床推广应用。 |

| Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of MEBT/MEBO combined with micro-skin grafting in the treatment of deep third-degree burns. Methods In addition to systemic treatments, MEBT/MEBO combined with micro-skin grafting was applied in the treatment of 10 patients with deep third-degree burns to observe the wound healing rate, healing time and healing quality. Results The deep third-degree burn wounds of the 10 patients were all healed, with healing rate being 100%, healing time being 45d～140d and mean healing time being 78d. There is mild scar formation in the healed skin but no dysfunction and malformation. Conclusion MEBT/MEBO combined with micro-skin grafting not only can effectively shorten the healing time and improve the healing rate and healing quality, but is operationally convenient, deserving to be popularized in clinical practice. |
