目的 探讨烧伤湿性医疗技术(Moist Exposed Burn Treatment/Moist Exposed Burn Ointment,MEBT/MEBO)联合微粒皮种植治疗Ⅲ度深型烧伤的临床疗效。方法 10例Ⅲ度深型烧伤患者在全身治疗的基础上,采用MEBT/MEBO联合微粒皮种植治疗,观察创面愈合率、愈合时间及愈合质量。结果 10例患者创面均愈合,愈合率为100%,愈合时间为45~140 d,平均愈合时间为78 d,愈后皮肤有轻度瘢痕形成,但无功能障碍和畸形。结论 MEBT/MEBO联合微粒皮种植治疗Ⅲ度深型烧伤创面,操作简便,能有效缩短Ⅲ度深型烧伤创面的愈合时间,提高创面愈合率及愈合质量,疗效显著,值的临床推广应用。 |

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of MEBT/MEBO combined with micro-skin grafting in the treatment of deep third-degree burns. Methods In addition to systemic treatments, MEBT/MEBO combined with micro-skin grafting was applied in the treatment of 10 patients with deep third-degree burns to observe the wound healing rate, healing time and healing quality. Results The deep third-degree burn wounds of the 10 patients were all healed, with healing rate being 100%, healing time being 45d~140d and mean healing time being 78d. There is mild scar formation in the healed skin but no dysfunction and malformation. Conclusion MEBT/MEBO combined with micro-skin grafting not only can effectively shorten the healing time and improve the healing rate and healing quality, but is operationally convenient, deserving to be popularized in clinical practice. |
