| 目的 观察Spectra双脉冲激光祛斑术后创面应用湿润烧伤膏（Moist Exposed Burn Ointment，MEBO）治疗的临床效果。方法 将200例采用Spectra双脉冲激光祛斑术祛斑的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组100例。治疗组治疗结束后用冰袋敷面0.5~1.0 h，然后将MEBO均匀涂抹于创面，厚约1 mm，每6 h换药1次，3 d后停用，并每日以冷水洁面；对照组治疗结束后仅用冰袋冰敷0.5~1.0 h，不做其他处理，保持创面清洁干燥，3 d后每日以冷水洁面，对比观察两组患者的疼痛情况、创面愈合时间。结果 治疗组的疼痛情况（无痛81例，疼痛19例）与对照组（无痛25例，疼痛75例）相比，P<0.01，差异具有统计学意义；治疗的平均创面愈合时间（9.53 d）与对照组（10.65 d）相比，P<0.01，差异具有统计学意义。结论 湿润烧伤膏（MEBO）治疗Spectra双脉冲激光祛斑术后创面，疗效显著，具有止痛效果好、创面愈合时间短等作用。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Moist Exposed Burn Ointment (MEBO) in treating post-operational wounds of Spectra double pulse laser freckle surgery. Methods 200 patients undergone Spectra double pulse laser freckle surgery were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, 100 patients in each. In the treatment group, post-operational wounds were firstly managed with ice compress for 0.5~1h and then were covered with MEBO at an even thickness of about 1 mm. Recover the wounds with MEBO in every 6 hours and for 3 days, followed by daily facial cleaning with tap water; while in the control group, post-operational wounds were simply managed with ice compress for 0.5~1h without any other management, maintained the wound clean and dry for 3 days, followed by daily facial cleaning with tap water. Analgesic effect and wound healing time between the two groups were observed and compared. Results In the treatment group, 81 patients were painless, 19 patients were painful and the mean wound healing time was 9.53 d, presenting significant statistic differences (P<0.01 respectively) as compared with 25 painless, 75 painful and 10.65 d mean wound healing time in the control group. Conclusion Application of MEBO in the treatment of post-operational wounds of Spectra double pulse laser freckle surgery can realize great analgesic effect, shortened wound healing time and other satisfying clinical efficacies. |
