目的 以“原位再生医疗技术治疗糖尿病足”(MEBO-DFU)的规范化流程作为临床应用研究基础,对MEBO-DFU原位再生终止截肢关键节点(Key Nodes,KN)的机制进行辨析,为临床应用理清思路。方法 临床总结发现,每个MEBO-DFU规范应用原位再生医疗技术治疗的关键节点都是在对应关键控制点(Criti-cal Control Point, CCP)的掌控下实施的,关键节点的相互连接保障了原位再生医疗技术的临床效果,终止了DFU的截肢手术,实现了创面的原位再生愈合。结果 MEBO-DFU为创面的原位再生创造了生理生态条件,通过溃疡创面的原位再生保留了已坏死的肢、趾,且复发率低,这些效果决定于各个关键节点的正确掌控与实施。结论 把握好MEBO-DFU终止截肢的关键节点和与之对应的关键控制点,既是严格规范的原位再生医疗技术实现MEBO-DFU终止截肢与创面原位再生的基础,也是MEBO-DFU规范应用、保障疗效、制定可行治疗规范程序的依据。 |

Objective On the basis of the standard procedure of DFU treatment with in situ regeneration medical technology (MEBO-DFU), to differentiate and analyze the mechanism of MEBO-DFU Key Node (KN) preventing the amputation by in situ regeneration, and make a clear thinking for clinical application of MEBO-DFU. Methods According to the summaries of clinical application of MEBO-DFU,each Key Node of standard application of MEBO-DFU treatment is carried out conforming with the corresponding Critical Control Point (CCP), and the connection of Key Nodes ensures the clinical effect of in situ regeneration medical technology, avoids the amputation of diabetic foot ulcers and realizes the regenerative healing of wounds in situ. Results MEBO-DFU treatment provides physiological and ecological conditions for wound in situ regeneration by which the necrotic limb or toe with ulcer is saved and hardly relapses. The effect of MEBO-DFU depends on the control and implementation of each Key Node. Conclusion The seize of the Key Nodes and corresponding Critical Control Points of MEBO-DFU treatment avoiding the amputation of diabetic foot ulcers, is the basis of not only in situ regeneration of wounds to avoid amputation by strictly standard application of MEBO-DFU treatment, but also the standardized application of MEBO-DFU, guarantee of the efficacy and set up of the practicable standard treatment procedures. |
