目的 探讨1.5T MRI 磁疗对小鼠烫伤创面修复的影响。方法 取健康雄性和雌性小鼠各14只,将砝码于沸水中加热10min后置于经脱毛处理的小鼠背部皮肤,建立深Ⅱ度烫伤模型(病理切片证实)。成模后雄性小鼠和雌性小鼠均随机分为2组,即实验组和对照组,每组7只:(1)实验组小鼠创面在涂抹凡士林的同时接受磁疗,磁场强度为1.5T,每天治疗1次,每次30min,共治疗12d;(2)对照组小鼠创面单纯外涂凡士林治疗。分别于磁疗前(第0天)及磁疗后第3、6、9、12天观察两组小鼠创面修复情况。结果 实验组和对照组小鼠创面面积在各观察时间点均无明显统计学差异,病理结果亦无明显组织学差异;而磁疗第3、6、9 天,雄性和雌性实验组小鼠创面恢复情况均存在统计学差异。结论 1.5T MRI磁疗对小鼠烫伤创面的修复作用不显著。 |

Objective To investigate the effect of magnetotherapy on rat scalding wound repair. Methods Healthy adult male and female rats, 14 for each sex, were used. Weights heated in boiling water for 10minutes were put on the denuded back skin of rats to establish the model of deepⅡdegree scald burn wounds (confirmed by pathological slice examination). After the model was established, male and female rats were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group respectively, 7 for each group: (1) At the same time of smearing vaseline on the wounds, the experimental group also received magnetotherapy once a day for 12 days, 30 minutes each time.The intensity of magnetic field was 1.5T. (2) The control group was treated with only external use of vaseline and no magnetotherapy. Observe the skin wound healing state on the day before magnetotherapy (day 0), 3rd day, 6th day, 9th day and 12th day of magnetotherapy, respectively. Results There was no statistical difference or histological difference when compared the experimental group with the control group at any observation time point; there was statistical difference between the male experimental group and female experimental group on the 3rd day, 6th day, 9th day. Conclusion Magnetotherapy has no obvious repairing effect on scalding wound in rats. |
