| 目的 观察脉冲染料激光联合美宝疤痕软膏防治颜面部深Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合后瘢痕增生的临床疗效?方法 将80例深Ⅱ度烧伤患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例, 观察组采用脉冲染料激光联合美宝疤痕软膏治疗, 对照组单纯采用美宝疤痕软膏治疗, 3～6 个月后对比观察两组治疗效果? 结果 观察组治愈32例, 显效4例, 有效3例, 无效1例, 有效率为97.5%；对照组治愈24例, 显效7例, 有效4例, 无效5例, 有效率为87.5%；两组疗效对比, P <0.05, 差异具有统计学意义? 结论 脉冲染料激光联合美宝疤痕软膏防治颜面部深Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合后瘢痕的效果优于单纯采用美宝疤痕软膏? |

| Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of applying the Pulsed Dye Laser in combination with MEBO Scar Ointment for treating the hyperplastic scar after healing of deep second degree facial burns. Methods The 80 cases with deep second degree burns were randomly divided into treatment group and control group and each group had 40 cases (n=40). In the treatment group, Pulsed Dye Laser combined with MEBO Scar Ointment was applied, while in the control group, only MEBO Scar Ointment was used for treatment. The clinical efficacy of both groups was observed in 3~6 months. Results In the treatment group, 32 cases were completely cured, 4 cases were obvious effective, 3 cases were effective and 1 case was ineffective, and the effective rate was 97.5%. While in the control group, 24 cases were completely cured, 7 cases were obvious effective, 4 cases were effective and 5 cases were ineffective,and the effective rate was 87.5%. According to the comparison of both groups, P<0.05，the difference has statistical significance. Conclusion Pulsed Dye laser in combination with MEBO Scar Ointment has a better clinical efficacy than the application of MEBO Scar Ointment only on the hyperplastic scar of deep second degree burns. |
