| Diabetic refractory wound is a serious complication of diabetes and also a cause of disability and thus studies on it are increasing both at home and abroad. Would healing is a complicated process regulated jointly by multiple factors such as inflammatory cells, repairing cells, cytokines and etc. Of the factors, advanced glycation end products (AGEs) and its synergetic receptor?AGEs?RAGE signaling pathway are the focus of current studies, on which we carried out the review. |
