| 目的 观察清凉除银汤联合湿润烧伤膏治疗血热内蕴型银屑病的临床疗效。方法 将满足纳入标准的92例血热内蕴型银屑病患者随机分为治疗组（46例） 和对照组（46例），治疗组采用清凉除银汤联合湿润烧伤膏治疗，对照组采用丹青胶囊联合湿润烧伤膏治疗， 以8周为治疗周期，比较两组患者治疗前后的PASI评分。结果 治疗前及治疗后2周，治疗组与对照组的PASI分值无统计学差异（P>0.05）；治疗组治疗后4、8周与治疗前相比，PASI分值具有统计学差异（P<0.05）；对照组治疗后4、8周与治疗前相比，分值具有统计学差异（P<0.05）；治疗后4、8周，治疗组与对照组的PASI分值具有统计学差异（P<0.05）。治疗组的总有效率（76％）明显优于对照组（57％）（P<0.05）。结论 清凉除银汤联合湿润烧伤膏治疗血热内蕴型银屑病疗效较好，值得临床推广应用。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Qing Liang Chu Yin Tang combined with MEBO in treating psoriasis. Methods 92 patients meeting inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group (46 cases in each). The treatment group was treated with Qing Liang Chu Yi Tang and external application of MEBO, while the control group was treated with Danqing Capsule plus external application of MEBO. One treatment course was 8 weeks. The PASI scores of the two groups were compared. Results There was no statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group when PASI scores were compared before the treatment and on week 2 after the treatment（P>0.05）. PASI scores on week 4 and 8 after the treatment in the treatment group differed from PASI score before the treatment significantly (P<0.05) and the same was true for the control group. However, the PASI scores on week 4 and week 8 in the treatment group had statistically significant difference from that in the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate in the treatment group was obviously superior to that in the control group (76% vs. 57%, P<0.05). Conclusion Qing Liang Chu Yi Tang combined with MEBO is an effective protocol of treating psoriasis and is worthy of clinical promotion and application. |
