| 目的 观察湿润烧伤膏在骨科术后切口延迟愈合中的应用效果? 方法 将海南省文昌市人民医院骨科2011年1月-2013年6月收治的30例骨科术后切口延迟愈合患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组15例,观察组采用湿润烧伤膏包扎治疗, 每日换药1次, 对照组采用外科常规换药治疗, 21 d 后对比观察两组治疗效果? 结果 观察组痊愈11例, 显效3例, 好转1例; 对照组痊愈4例, 显效3例, 好转3例, 无效4例, 两组对比, 差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)? 结论 湿润烧伤膏治疗骨科术后切口延迟愈合的疗效显著, 方法简便,患者痛苦较小, 值得临床推广应用? |

| Objective To observe applicative effects of Moist Exposed Burn Ointment (MEBO) in the treatment of delayed incision healing after orthopaedic surgeries. Methods Thirty patients with delayed incision healing after orthopaedic surgeries admitted into the Department of Orthopedics of Wenchang People’s Hospital between January 2011 and June 2013 were randomly divided into two groups evenly: an observation group and a control group. In the observation group, the 15 cases were treated with MEBO bandage method and the dressing was changed once per day; while in the control group, the 15 cases were given the conventional dressing change treatment in the surgery department. The curative effects of both groups were compared 21 days later. Results In the observation group, 11 cases were cured, 3 cases showed effectiveness and 1 case turned better, while in the control group, 4 cases were cured, 3 cases showed effectiveness, 3 cases turned better and 4 cases showed ineffectiveness. And the comparison showed statistically significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion MEBO in the treatment of delayed incision healing after orthopaedic surgeries can realize satisfying curative effects, with advantages of convenient operation and obvious pain relief, deserving to be promoted in clinic. |
