          既往氢气(H2)一直被认为是一种生理性惰性气体,像氮气一样不与生物体内的任何物质发生反应。但近年来大量研究证实,氢气对皮瓣缺血再灌注损伤时的炎症反应具有明显抑制作用, 本文就目前国内外对氢气在皮瓣移植领域的研究现状与进展作一综述,以期为皮瓣移植手术提供新的思路。

          In the past, hydrogen (H2) has always been regarded as a kind of physiologic inert gases, and, like nitrogen, won’t react with other matters in the organism. But in recent years, lots of studies have confirmed that hydrogen has significant inhibiting effect on the inflammatory response of the skin flap ischemia?reperfusion injury. This article is to review the study status quo and progress of hydrogen in the field of skin flap grafting both at home and abroad, so as to provide new ideas for the skin flap grafting.
