【摘要】　目的　探讨皮肤原位再生医疗技术（Moist Exposed Burn Therapy/Moist Exposed Burn Ointment,MEBT/MEBO）治疗糖尿病足溃疡（Diabetic Foot Ulcer,DFU）的临床诊治规范。方法　以全国多家医院收治的102例应用MEBT/MEBO治愈的Wagner3～5级DFU患者的治疗经验为依据，归纳总结应用MEBT/MEBO治疗DFU的临床诊治规范。结果　通过总结102例应用MEBT/MEBO治愈的Wagner3～5级DFU患者的治疗经验，发现MEBT/MEBO治疗DFU的疗效显著。结论　规范的MEBT/MEBO治疗方案可作为DFU的临床诊治规范，该规范有助于临床医师正确的诊断和治疗DFU，使其达到理想的治疗效果。

【Abstract】Objective: To explore the clinical diagnosis and treatment standards of MEBT/MEBO in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer (DFU). Methods: Summarize the clinical diagnosis and treatment standards of MEBT/MEBO in the treatment of DFU based on the experience of applying MEBT/MEBO to treat 102 patients with Grade 3-5 DFU according to Wagner’s classification. Results: Reviewing the treatment experience in aforementioned 102 DFU patients found MEBT/MEBO was significantly effective in the diagnosis and treatment of DFU. Conclusion: Normative treatment protocol of MEBT/MEBO can be a standard of diagnosing and treating DFU, which can help clinical physicians to make correct diagnosis and treatment of DFU, realizing ideal treatment efficacy. was defined by WHO as foot infection, ulcer and/or deep tissue injury of diabetic patients, associated with neurological abnormalities of distal lower extremities in combination with peripheral angiopathy of different degrees. According to statistics, ischemia, neuropathy and infection of the lower extremities are the main causes of DFU[1], and also the important factors affecting wound healing[2]. In recent years, DFU has become a worldwide life-threatening problem in diabetic patients, considering the increasing incidence year by year, wound healing difficulties, high treatment cost and higher disability and mortality. By analyzing and summarizing the experience of applying MEBT/MEBO to treat 102 patients with Grade 3-5 DFU according to Wagner’s classification, we developed the clinical diagnosis and treatment standards of treating DFU with MEBT/MEBO to provide basis for the normative regenerative treatment of DFU.
