【摘要】 目的 观察湿润烧伤膏(Moist Exposed Burn Ointment,MEBO)在基层医院治疗感染创面的临床疗效。方法 选取枝江市安福寺镇中心卫生院2000年至今收治的外科术后切口感染患者15例,压疮患者30例为研究对象,外科术后切口感染患者在常规换药治疗无效后改用MEBO药纱包扎治疗,压疮患者在清创后外用MEBO药纱包扎治疗,同时积极治疗原发病和并发症,观察患者创面愈合情况。结果 术后切口感染患者中,结肠癌术后和全子宫切除术后切口感染的患者治疗14 d后行Ⅱ期缝合,创面痊愈;乳腺癌术后切口感染患者未行Ⅱ期缝合,创面原位再生愈合。压疮患者创面全部愈合,愈合时间为5~60 d,除1例患者骶尾部留有少许瘢痕外,其余皮肤均愈合良好。结论 MEBO治疗感染创面的疗效显著,有较强的抗感染作用和良好的镇痛作用,对皮肤黏膜刺激小,能够促进创面愈合,减轻瘢痕,物美价廉,简便实用,适宜在基层医院推广应用。 |

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe curative effects of Moist Exposed Burn Ointment (MEBO) in the treatment of infected wounds in grass-root hospital. Methods: The study subjects were 15 patients with postoperative incision infection and 30 patients with pressure ulcer, admitted into Zhijiang Anfusi Town Health Center since the year of 2000. The patients with surgical incision infection were given the bandage method of MEBO-impregnated gauze after ineffective conventional dressing therapy, and the patients with pressure ulcer were given the bandage method of MEBO-impregnated gauze after debridement, in combination with active treatment of primary diseases and complications. The wound healing condition of the patients was observed. Results: Among patients with postoperative incision infection, those having received colon cancer surgery and complete hysterectomy realized wound healing by 14 days of treatment and the followed secondary suture, and patients with post-mastectomy incision infection realized in situ regenerative healing without receiving the secondary suture. Patients with pressure ulcer all realized wound healing with the healing time ranging from 5 to 60 days, and all healed skins were excellent except one patient who developed mild scar at the sacrococcygeal region. Conclusion: MEBO has remarkable effects in treating infected wounds with the advantages of strong anti-infection and analgesic effects, little irritation to skin mucosa, promoting wound healing and reducing scar formation, good cost-efficiency and easy-to-use, meriting clinical promotion and application in grass-root hospitals. |
