| 【摘要】 目的 观察美宝创疡贴联合高压氧治疗Ⅲ期压疮的临床疗效。方法 将佛山市顺德区伦教医院烧伤泌尿外科2014年4月-2016年1月收治的60例Ⅲ期压疮患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组30例。对照组予以常规外科换药治疗，观察组在常规外科换药治疗的基础上应用美宝创疡贴包扎换药治疗，两组患者均同时予以高压氧治疗，3周后，对比观察两组患者的创面愈合情况。结果 观察组患者痊愈16例，显效10例，好转4例，总有效率为100.00%；对照组患者痊愈10例，显效9例，好转7例，无效3例，总有效率为89.66%。观察组的疗效明显优于对照组,两组对比，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 美宝创疡贴联合高压氧治疗Ⅲ期压疮的疗效显著，且经济安全，值得临床推广应用。 |

| 【Abstract】 Objective: To observe clinical effects of MEBO dressing combined with hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of stage III pressure ulcer. Methods: Sixty patients with stage III pressure ulcer admitted into the Department of Burns and Urology Surgery of Lunjiao Hospital between April 2014 and January 2016 were randomly divided into two groups: an observation group and a control group, 30 patients each. Patients in the control group were given the conventional dressing change of surgery department, while patients in the observation group were given MEBO Dressing in combination with the conventional dressing change of surgery department. The dressing change in both groups was also combined with hyperbaric oxygen treatment. Three weeks later, the wound healing conditions of the two groups were compared. Results: In the observation group, 16 cases were cured, 10 cases showed effectiveness and 4 cases turned better, with the total effective rate being 100%, while in the control group, 10 cases were cured, 9 cases showed effectiveness, 7 cases turned better and 3 cases showed ineffectiveness, with the total effective rate being 89.66%. The curative effect in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, showing statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: MEBO Dressing combined with hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of stage III pressure ulcer can realize satisfying curative effects, with advantages of good cost-effectiveness and safety, deserving to be promoted in clinic. |
