| 【摘要】 目的 探讨湿润烧伤膏治疗不同部位、不同深度、不同面积皮肤擦伤的临床疗效。方法 将湖南省消防总队医院收治的110例患者按照随机数表法随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组患者给予湿润烧伤膏换药治疗；对照组患者给予呋喃西林溶液换药治疗，观察两组患者创面愈合时间、药物止痛效果和不良反应。结果 治疗组患者经湿润烧伤膏换药治疗后，创面无感染，于7～12 d全部愈合，愈合后创面无瘢痕形成，对照组经呋喃西林溶液换药治疗7～20 d后仅20例患者创面全部愈合，两组对比，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义；换药过程中，治疗组患者无疼痛，对照组患者疼痛明显。结论 湿润烧伤膏治疗常见皮肤擦伤，疗效显著，明显优于外科常规疗法，是治疗皮肤擦伤的首选外用药。 |

| 【Abstract】Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of MEBO Ointment in the treatment of skin abrasion at different locations, of different depths and areas.Methods: A total of 110 patients from Hunan Fire Brigade General Hospital were divided into a treatment group and a control group according to the random number table.The treatment group was given the dressing change of MEBO while the control group was treated with the dressing change of Furacilin solution. The wound healing time, analgesic effects and adverse reactions in the two groups were observed. Results: After the dressing change of MEBO Ointment in the treatment groups, no wound got infection and all wounds healed in 7-12 days without the formation of scar; while in the control group, after 7-20 days of dressing change of Furacilin solution only 20 patients got complete wound healing. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05).During the dressing change, patients in the treatment group suffered no pain while patients in the control group was obviously painful. Conclusion: MEBO Ointment, having definite curative effects in the treatment of common skin abrasion, is better than surgical conventional treatment and should be used as the first external medicine for the treatment of skin abrasion. |
