| 【摘要】 目的 总结?分析原位再生医疗技术治疗儿童烧伤的临床疗效?方法 对2012 年1 月- 2014 年
12 月北京市丰台区南苑医院收治的50 例烧伤患儿创面采用原位再生医疗技术治疗, 同时给予补液?抗感染?营养支持等全身综合治疗, 观察创面愈合时间及愈合效果?结果 50 例患儿在治疗和护理过程中依从性良好, 所有患儿创面全部愈合, 治愈率达100%, 其中浅Ⅱ度创面愈合时间为5 ~7 d, 平均6?? 25 d; 深Ⅱ度创面愈合时间为12 ~19 d, 平均14?? 50 d; Ⅲ度创面愈合时间为27 ~35 d, 平均29?? 50 d; 浅Ⅱ度创面愈合后均无瘢痕增生, 深Ⅱ度和Ⅲ度创面愈合后有瘢痕增生者3 例, 瘢痕增生率为6?? 0%?结论 原位再生医疗技术治疗儿童烧伤方法简便, 患儿痛苦小?依从性好, 值得临床推广应用? |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To summarize and analyze the clinical curative effect of MEBT/ MEBO in the treatment of pediatric burns. Methods From January 2012 to December 2014, 50 burn?injured children admitted into Nanyuan Hospital were treated with MEBT/ MEBO on the wound, meanwhile, systemic comprehensive treatments including fluid resuscitation, anti?infection and nutrition support, were given. Wound healing time and healing effect were observed. Results All the 50 children presented good treatment and nursing compliance, with all the wounds healed and a 100% cure rate. The wound healing time was 5 -7 days, 6?? 25 days on average for superficial second degree burns, 12 -19 days, 14?? 50 days on average for deep second degree burns and 27 -35 days, 29?? 50 days on average for third degree burns. No scar hyperplasia was observed in superficial second degree burns and 3 cases with scar hyperplasia were observed in deep second degree and third degree burns, with a scar formation rate at 6?? 0%. Conclusion With advantages of convenient procedures, less pain,good compliance of children and easy?performed treatment and nursing, MEBT/ MEBO deserves to be promoted in clinical application. |
