| 【摘要】 目的 回顾性总结分析湿润烧伤膏(Moist Exposed Burn Ointment, MEBO) 治疗感染性皮脂腺囊肿的临床疗效?方法 将德州市人民医院2015 年1 月-2015 年6 月期间采用MEBO 药纱包扎换药治疗的35 例皮脂腺囊肿感染患者设定为治疗组, 将采用外科常规换药治疗的57 例皮脂腺囊肿感染患者设定为对照组, 双比观察两组患者创面愈合时间及复发情况?结果 治疗组患者的平均愈合时间为20?? 0 d, 4 周内愈合率达100%; 随访1 年, 复发率为11?? 8%?对照组患者的平均愈合时间为24?? 2 d, 4 周内愈合率为85?? 9%; 随访1 年, 复发率为17?? 5%?两组患者临床疗效及复发率对比, P 均<0?? 05, 差异具有统计学意义?结论 MEBO 治疗感染性皮脂腺囊肿, 创面愈合时间短, 复发率低, 疗效显著? |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To summarize and analyze the clinical efficacy of MEBO in the treatment of infectious sebaceous cyst retrospectively. Methods The treatment group was thirty?five patients with infectious sebaceous cyst who were treated with the dressing change of MEBO?impregnated gauze in Dezhou People’s Hospital between January 2015 and June 2015, while the control group was 57 patients with infectious sebaceous cyst who were treated with the conventional surgical dressing change at the same hospital and time period. The wound healing time and relapse in the two groups were observed. Results The mean wound healing time in the treatment group was 20?? 0 d, the healing rate within four weeks reached 100%, and one?year follow?up found the relapse rate was 11?? 8%; while in the control group, the mean wound healing time was 24?? 2 d, the healing rate within four weeks was 85?? 9% and the one?year follow?up found the relapse rate was 17?? 5%. The comparison between the two groups in terms of the clinical efficacy and relapse rate showed significant statistic difference (all P < 0?? 05). Conclusion MEBO in the treatment of infectious sebaceous cyst can realize significant curative effects such as shorter wound healing time and lower relapse rate, etc. |
