| 【摘要】 目的 观察自体点柱状微粒皮种植术治疗慢性难愈合创面的临床疗效?方法 对延安大学附属医院烧伤整形手外科2015 年9 月至今收治的6 例慢性难愈合创面患者清创后采用自体点柱状微粒皮种植术联合原位再生医疗技术治疗, 观察治疗效果?结果 6 例患者慢性难愈合创面均于治疗2 ~ 6 周后愈合, 愈后皮肤平整?光滑, 无瘢痕增生; 6 例患者供皮区创面均无瘢痕愈合, 随访2 个月, 供皮区创面愈后皮肤与正常皮肤无差异?结论 自体点柱状微粒皮种植术是一项创新型微粒皮种植技术, 其联合原位再生医疗技术治疗慢性难愈合创面,操作简便?价格低廉?疗效显著, 值得临床推广应用? |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of implantation of autologous cylinder?like micro?skin in the treatment of chronic refractory wounds. Methods Six patients with chronic refractory wounds admitted to Burns, Plastics &Hand Surgery Department of Yan’an University Affiliated Hospital from September 2015 till now were treated with the combination of implantation of autologous cylinder?like micro?skin and the in?situ regenerative therapy, and the clinical outcomes were observed. Results The chronic refractory wounds in all the 6 patients were all healed in 2 -6 weeks after the treatment, with even and smooth skin and no hypertrophic scarring after the healing; the donor?site wounds in the 6 patients were also completely healed without scar formation, and no difference was observed between the healed skin in donor sites and the normal skin during the two?month follow?up visit. Conclusion The implantation of autologous cylinder?like micro?skin is a novel technique of micro?skin implantation, and its combination with the in?situ regenerative therapy can achieve significant curative efficacy in the treatment of chronic refractory wounds, has easy?and?simple operation and high cost?effectiveness,deserved to be promoted in clinical practice. |
