| 【摘要】 目的 探讨原位再生医疗技术(Moist Exposed Burn Therapy/ Moist Exposed Burn Ointment, MEBT/MEBO) 治疗Ⅲ度烧伤的临床疗效?方法 对2015 年5 月31 日遂宁市中医院收治的1 例Ⅲ度烧伤患者在全身治疗的基础上, 局部采用MEBT/ MEBO 治疗, 观察创面愈合情况?结果 治疗143 d 后, Ⅲ度烧伤创面原位再生愈合, 愈后皮肤无瘢痕形成, 无功能障碍?结论 MEBT/ MEBO 治疗Ⅲ度烧伤创面疗效显著, 且操作简便, 值得临床推广应用? |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of the Moist Exposed Burn Therapy/ Moist Exposed Burn Ointment (MEBT/ MEBO) in the treatment of third?degree deep?type burns. Methods One patient with third?degree deeptype burn, admitted into Suining Municipal Hospital of TCM on May 31, 2015, was treated with MEBT/ MEBO locally in combination with systemic treatments. The wound healing condition was observed. Results The third?degree deep?type burn wound healed in situ 143 days after the treatment, without scar formation or dysfunction. Conclusion MEBT/ MEBO can realize significant curative effect in the treatment of third?degree deep?type burns and is easy to operate. Thus, it deserves to be promoted in clinical practice. |
