| 【Abstract】 Carbachol, as a synthetic Cholinergic agent and with the exactly similar functions to physiological acetylcholine, plays its role by Nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (nAChRs). As the Cholinergic anti?inflammatory pathway is put forward, more and more scholars are studying it as a key drug to fight inflammation. This paper is to review the progress of research on the anti?inflammatory effects of Carbachol, with the purpose of providing ideas and help for researchers studying the cholinergic anti?inflammatory effect. |
