| 【摘要】 目的 探讨原位再生医疗技术(Moist Exposed Burn Therapy/ Moist Exposed Burn Ointment, MEBT/MEBO) 联合颅骨钻孔术治疗外伤性小面积颅骨外露的临床疗效?方法 对2012 年3 月- 2014 年2 月青海省西宁市公安消防总队医院收治的24 例外伤性小面积颅骨外露患者行颅骨钻孔术后, 创面全程采用原位再生医疗技术治疗, 同时予以营养支持?抗感染等全身综合治疗, 观察治疗效果?结果 24 例患者创面全部愈合, 平均愈合时间为28 d; 随访1 年, 除7 例患者失访外, 其余患者创面均愈合良好, 无明显瘢痕增生?结论 MEBT/MEBO联合颅骨钻孔术治疗外伤性小面积颅骨外露, 疗效显著, 值得临床推广应用? |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of MEBT/ MEBO (Moist Exposed Burn Therapy/ Moist Exposed Burn Ointment) in combination with sphenotresia in treating small area traumatic skull exposure. Methods The sphenotresia procedure was performed on 24 patients with small area traumatic skull exposure admitted to Qinghai Public Security and Fire Corps Hospital between March 2012 and February 2014, followed by the application of MEBT/ MEBO to the wounds throughout the whole treatment course with concomitant systemic managements such as nutrition support and infection control, and the clinical effects were then observed. Results Wounds were healed in all 24 patients with average healing time of 28 d. The one?year follow?up, showed, except 7 cases failed to be followed up, the wounds in the remaining patients all healed well without obvious hypertrophic scars. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of MEBT/ MEBO combined with sphenotresia is excellent in the treatment of small area skull exposure, which should be widely promoted in clinical practice. |
