          目的 观察原位再生医疗技术治疗手指末节缺损的临床疗效? 方法 对2010年1月—2011年12 月延安大学附属医院烧伤整形手外科收治的25例手指末节缺损患者 (32根手指) 采用原位再生医疗技术治疗, 观察治疗效果? 结果 25例患者的32处手指末节缺损创面均Ⅰ期愈合, 愈合率达100%, 愈合时间为21~45d, 平均31??8d, 愈后手指均无瘢痕增生, 外形及功能均恢复正常? 结论 原位再生医疗技术治疗手指末节缺损, 可 减轻患者疼痛, 加速创面愈合, 减少瘢痕增生, 恢复手指长度和功能, 从而有效降低致残率, 疗效显著, 且操作 简便? 易于掌握, 值得临床推广应用?

          【Abstract】Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of the in situ regenerative therapy in treating defect injury of finger distal segment. Methods: Twenty-five patients with defect injury of finger distal segment(totally 32 affected fingers ) admitted to Burns, Plastic & Hand Surgery Department of The Affiliated Hospital of Yan’an University were treated by the in situ regenerative technology. The clinical efficacy was observed. Results: Thirty-two finger defect wounds in 25 patients all achieved primary healing, with a healing rate of 100%. The healing time of the wounds was 21-45d, with the mean healing time of 31.8d. No hypertrophic scarring was observed in the fingers after healing and the fingers all restored normal appearance and function. Conclusion: The in situ regenerative technology should be promoted in the clinical practice for the treatment of defect injury of finger distal segment since it can alleviate the pain, accelerate wound healing, reduce hypertrophic scarring, restore the normal length and function of the affected finger and further reduce the disability rate, being remarkably effective and easy to operate.
