          目的 观察原位再生医疗技术治疗Ⅲ? Ⅳ期压疮创面的临床疗效? 方法 对2013 年1 月—2015 年12月安徽省巢湖市巢维医院烧伤外科收治的59例压疮患者在全身治疗的基础上, 创面采用原位再生医疗技术 治疗, 并于治疗8周后观察疗效? 结果 治疗8周后, 除8例患者因原发病和 (或) 并发症死亡外, 其余51例患者的55处压疮创面中,41处完全愈合,10处显效, 4处有效, 有效率达100%, 其中Ⅲ期压疮创面愈合时间 为 (30.51±10.40) d, Ⅳ期压疮创面愈合时间为 (46.16±13.72) d? 结论 原位再生医疗技术治疗压疮, 患者 舒适度较高, 创面愈合时间较短, 愈合效果较好, 值得临床推广应用?

          【Abstract】Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the in situ regenerative medical technology in the treatment of stage III and IV pressure sore. Methods: Fifty-nine patients with pressure sore admitted to the Burns Surgery Department of Chaowei Hospital in Chaohu City between January 2013 and December 2015 were treated with the in situ regenerative medical technology in combination with the systemic treatments, and the curative effect was observed after 8 weeks of treatment. Results: After eight weeks of treatment, except that 8 patients died of primary diseases and/or complications, among the 55 pressure sore wounds in the other 51 patients, 41 wounds healed completely, 10 wounds turned better obviously and the other 4 wounds turned better, with an effective rate being 100%; the mean healing time for stage III pressure sore wounds was (30.51±10.40)d and that for stage IV wounds was (46.16±13.72)d. Conclusion: The in situ regenerative medical technology deserves to be promoted in the clinical treatment of pressure sore since it can make patients suffer less, reduce wound healing time and improve curative effect.
