          目的 探讨原位再生医疗技术治疗肛瘘术后创面的临床疗效? 方法 将2014 年1 月—2016 年9 月中铁十二局集团有限公司中心医院创面修复科收治的103例肛瘘患者按照随机数表法随机分为治疗组 (53例) 与对照组 (50例)? 治疗组患者肛瘘术后创面全程规范应用原位再生医疗技术治疗, 对照组患者肛瘘术后创面采用外科传统疗法治疗, 观察两组患者换药过程中的创面疼痛程度? 创面愈合时间? 感染及愈后瘢痕形成情况? 结果 治疗组患者换药过程中创面疼痛评分为 (2.24±0.61) 分? 创面愈合时间为 (24.53±5.60) d, 明显低于 对照组的 (5.96±0.91) 分及 (40.15±8.30) d, 两组对比, P 均<0.05, 差异具有统计学意义; 治疗组患者治疗过程中均无创面感染, 愈后皮肤也无瘢痕形成, 而对照组患者治疗过程中有8例患者创面发生感染, 15例患 者愈后皮肤形成瘢痕? 结论 原位再生医疗技术能明显减轻创面疼痛, 减少创面感染, 促进创面愈合, 降低愈后皮肤瘢痕形成率, 是治疗肛瘘术后创面的有效疗法?

          【Abstract】Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of the in situ regenerative medical technology in the treatment of anal fistula post-operation wounds. Methods: One hundred and three patients with anal fistula admitted to the Wound Repair Department of The Central Hospital of China Railway 12th Bureau Group Co., Ltd. between January 2014 and September 2016 were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group (53 patients) and the control group (50 patients), according to the random number table. The in situ regenerative medical technology was used to treat the anal fistula post-operation wounds in patients of the treatment group while the conventional post-operation care was applied to the patients in the control group. The pain severity during dressing change, the wound healing time, occurrence of infection and scar formation after healing were observed and assessed in the two groups. Results: The pain score during dressing change was (2.24±0.61) and the wound healing time was (24.53±5.60)d in the treatment group, which were significantly lower than that in the control group ( (5.96±0.91)for pain score and (40.15±8.30)d ) for wound healing time, P<0.05); no wound infections or scar formation was observed in the treatment group during the treatment course, while in control group, there were 8 patients suffered wound infection and 15 patients got healed with scar formation. Conclusion: The in situ regenerative medical technology is an effective approach for treating the post-operation wound of anal fistula since it can significantly reduce the pain severity and wound infections, promote the wound healing and decrease the rate of scar formation after wound healing.
