| 【Abstract】Objective: To observe and summarize the clinical effects of the in situ regenerative medical technology in combination with dexamethasone and chlorphenamine maleate in the treatment of systemic exfoliative dermatitis caused by drug anaphylaxis. Methods: One patient with systemic exfoliative dermatitis caused by drug anaphylaxis admitted to the General Surgery Department of Hongqi Affiliated Hospital of Mudanjiang Medical College in September 2016 was treated by external application of dexamethasone and chlorphenamine maleate powders in combination with electric heating therapy for 3 days, but the dermatitis was aggravated and thus the treatment protocol was switched to the in situ regenerative medical technology in combination with dexamethasone and chlorphenamine maleate, and the clinical effects were observed. Results: After 10 days of treatment, the dermatitis wounds recovered well and the patient was discharged. Conclusion: The in situ regenerative medical technology in combination with dexamethasone and chlorphenamine maleate should be promoted in the clinical practice for the treatment of systemic exfoliative dermatitis caused by drug anaphylaxis since it has excellent clinical efficacy. |
