| 【摘要】 血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor, VEGF) 广泛分布于人和动物的心?脑?肾?骨骼?皮肤等组织器官, 能够增强微静脉及小静脉的通透性, 促进新生血管的形成及血管内皮细胞的生长, 是目前促进血管生成专属性最高?活性最强的因子?研究表明, VEGF 在心脑血管疾病与慢性肾脏疾病的防治?骨组织的生长发育?肿瘤的发生发展及创面的修复过程中发挥着至关重要的作用, 遂笔者将其在上述领域中的研究现状与进展予以综述, 旨在为VEGF 的进一步研究提供思路与方向? |

| 【Abstract】 Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF) is widely distributed in various organs and tissues such as heart, brain, kidney, bone and skin in human and other animals, which can increase the permeability of venules and small veins and promote the angiogenesis process and the growth of vascular endothelial cells. VEGF is so far the most specific and active factor for promoting the angiogenesis. Studies have shown that VEGF plays a critical role in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease and chronic kidney disease, the growth and development of bone tissues, the tumorigenesis and tumor progression as well as the wound repair process. This paper therefore reviewed the current status and progress of research on VEGF in the above mentioned fields so as to provide new thoughts and ideas for further research of VEGF. |
