MEBT/ MEBO) 对深度烧伤创面愈合及愈后的影响?方法 对2015 年4 月—2016 年4 月郫县人民医院外科收治的293 例深度烧伤患者在全身综合治疗的基础上采用MEBT/ MEBO 局部治疗, 对比观察规范使用者与不规范使用者的创面愈合时间及愈后瘢痕增生情况?结果 规范使用MEBT/ MEBO 治疗的深Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合时间为(19.90±1.30) d, 明显优于不规范治疗的创面愈合时间(30.60±0.81) d, 两组对比, P<0.01, 差异具有统计学意义; 规范使用MEBT/ MEBO 治疗的Ⅲ度烧伤创面愈合时间为(35.40±2.17) d, 明显优于不规范治疗的创面愈合时间(50.80±0.96) d, 两组对比, P<0.01, 差异具有统计学意义; 规范治疗组中深Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈后均无瘢痕增生及功能受限, Ⅲ度烧伤创面愈后有4 例出现瘢痕增生, 但无功能受限, 不规范治疗组中深Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈后有7 例出现瘢痕增生, Ⅲ度烧伤创面愈后有10 例出现瘢痕增生?结论 全程规范应用MEBT/ MEBO 治疗深度烧伤创面疗效显著, 可促进创面愈合, 减少愈后瘢痕增生? |

【Abstract】Objective To discuss the effects of following standard procedure for Moist Exposed Burn Treatment/Moist Exposed Burn Ointment (MEBT/MEBO) on the clinical outcome of patients with deep burn wound. Methods 293 patients with deep burns admitted to General Surgery Department of Pidu District People’s Hospital between April 2015 and April 2016 were treated by topical application of MEBT/MEBO in addition to systemic treatments. The wound healing time and the severity of hypertrophic scarring were observed and compared between patients being treated following standard procedure and patients being treated not following standard procedure. Results The average wound healing time for deep second degree burns treated following standard procedure for MEBT/MEBO was (19.90±1.30) d which was significantly shorter than the average wound healing time of (30.60±0.81) d for deep second degree burns treated not following standard procedure (P<0.01); the average wound healing time for third degree burns treated following standard procedure for MEBT/MEBO was (35.40±2.17) d which was significantly shorter than the average wound healing time of (50.80±0.96) d for third degree burns treated not following standard procedure (P<0.01). In the group being treated following standard procedure: no hypertrophic scarring or functional impairment was observed for deep second degree burn wounds after healing, hypertrophic scarring without functional impairment was observed in 4 patients with third degree burns after healing; while in the group being treated not following standard procedure: hypertrophic scarring was observed in 7 patients with deep second degree burns after healing, and 10 patients with third degree burns suffered from hypertrophic scarring after healing. Conclusion Treatment of deep burn wounds using MEBT/MEBO following the standard procedure has remarkable clinical efficacy, which can promote the wound healing and reduce the hypertrophic scarring after healing. |
