| 【摘要】 糖尿病足是糖尿病的严重并发症之一。相关研究数据显示， 糖尿病患者发生糖尿病足的风险为25%， 诊断为糖尿病足后的5年内， 大部分患者需要截肢， 严重影响了患者的生活质量。为此， 本文中笔者将糖尿病足的治疗现状及进展予以综述， 旨在为糖尿病足的治疗提供思路与帮助， 同时强调应加强多学科协作， 遵循标准化策略， 以减少糖尿病足及糖尿病足截肢的发病率。 |

| 【Abstract】 Diabetic foot is one of the major complications of diabetes mellitus. Relevant studies have shown that the incidence of diabetic foot is 25% in diabetic patients and most patients require amputation within 5 years of the diagnosis of diabetic foot, which significantly reduces their quality of life. The current status and progress of the treatment of diabetic foot was therefore reviewed in this paper in order to provide some ideas and helps in the treatment of diabetic foot. The paper also emphasized that the multi-disciplinary teamwork (MDT) should be enhanced while following the standard protocols to reduce the incidence of diabetic foot and the amputation rate. |
