          【摘要】 目的 探讨黄芪注射液对糖尿病下肢皮肤溃疡患者血清中炎症指标及氧化应激物水平的影响?方法 采用随机数表法将2015 年6 月—2016 年6 月宽甸满族自治县中心医院收治的60 例2 型糖尿病下肢皮肤溃疡患者随机分为观察组与对照组, 每组30 例?对照组患者予以糖尿病下肢病变的常规疗法治疗, 观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上静脉滴注黄芪注射液, 对比观察治疗前后两组患者血清中炎症细胞因子及氧化应激物水平的变化情况?结果 治疗后观察组患者血清中炎症细胞因子TNF-α?IL-6及IL-8 水平较对照组明显降低, 两组对比,P 均<0.01, 差异具有统计学意义; 氧化应激反应相关因子MDA?AOPP 水平较对照组降低, GSH-Px 水平较对照组升高, 两组对比, P均<0.01, 差异具有统计学意义, 而SOD 水平较对照组升高, 两组对比, P> 0.05, 差异无统计学意义?结论 黄芪注射液可显著调节糖尿病下肢皮肤溃疡患者血清中的炎症细胞因子及氧化应激物水平, 促进溃疡创面的愈合?

          【Abstract】Objective To discuss the effects of Astragalus injection on the levels of serum inflammation markers and oxidative stressors in diabetic patients with lower extremity skin ulcers. Methods 60 type II diabetic patients with lower extremity skin ulcers admitted to Central Hospital of Kuandian between June 2015 and June 2016 were randomly distributed (according to the random number table) into two groups: treatment group (30 patients) and control group (30 patients). Conventional treatment for diabetic lower extremity complications was used to treat the patients in control group while intravenous drip of Astragalus in addition to conventional therapy was used to the patients in treatment group. Changes of the levels of serum inflammatory cytokines and oxidative stressors before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups. Results After the treatment, the levels of inflammatory cytokines TNF-a, IL-6 and IL-8 in the treatment group were significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.01); the levels of MDA and AOPP factors related to oxidative stress response were lower in the treatment group than in the control group (P<0.01), the level of GSH-Px was higher in the treatment group than in the control group (P<0.01). The level of SOD was higher in the treatment group, however, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.01). Conclusion Astragalus injection can effectively regulate the levels of serum inflammation cytokines and oxidative stressors in diabetic patients with lower extremity skin ulcers to promote the wound healing.
