| 【摘要】 目的 探讨湿润烧伤膏治疗不同时期压疮的临床疗效?方法 对2011 年1 月—2015 年12 月开封美宝烧伤创疡空分医院内科收治的157 例压疮患者在全身治疗的基础上, 创面局部应用湿润烧伤膏治疗, 每天换药1 ~2 次, 直至创面愈合, 观察创面愈合时间及不良反应发生情况?结果 所有患者压疮创面均完全愈合, 其中Ⅰ期压疮创面愈合时间为1 ~ 2 d, Ⅱ期压疮创面愈合时间为5 ~ 7 d, Ⅲ期及Ⅳ期压疮创面愈合时间最短者33 d, 最长者215 d?治疗过程中, 4 例患者因年龄较大以及合并肺部感染?电解质紊乱等疾病, 于入院1 周内相继死亡; 其余患者中除1 例Ⅳ期压疮患者骶尾部出现红色丘疹, 改为每天换药1 次, 治疗5 d 后丘疹消失外, 其余患者均未发生不良反应?结论 湿润烧伤膏能够有效促进压疮创面愈合, 疗效显著, 且操作简便, 值得临床推广应用? |

| 【Abstract】Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of MEBO Ointment in the treatment of pressures sores at different stages. Methods One hundred fifty-seven patients with pressure sores, admitted into the internal department of Kaifeng Air Separation Hospital of MEBO Burns Wounds and Ulcers between January 2011 and December 2015, were treated topically with MEBO Ointment on the basis of systemic treatment, with the dressing change once or twice per day until wounds healed. The wound healing time and the occurrence of adverse reactions were observed. Results The pressure sores of all patients realized complete healing. The wound healing time of stage I pressure sores was 1-2 d, that of stage II pressure sores was 5-7 d, and for stage III and IV pressure sores, the shortest healing time was 33 d and the longest is 215 d. During the treatment course, four patients died consecutively one week after admission, due to being older, complicated pulmonary infection, electrolyte disturbance and etc. No adverse reaction was observed in other patients, except one patient with stage IV pressure sore who developed red papules at the sacrococcygeal region and the papules disappeared 5 days after the treatment of once-per-day dressing change. Conclusion MEBO Ointment can effectively promote the wound healing of pressure sores and realize significant curative effect, and has the advantage of convenient operation, deserving to be promoted in clinic. |
