| 【摘要】 目的 对比光疗联合中药面膜与单纯光疗治疗寻常性痤疮的临床疗效?方法 检索Pubmed?Em?base?Cochrane?中国知网数据库?万方数据库?维普数据库中收录的光疗联合中药面膜与单纯光疗对比治疗寻常性痤疮的文献, 提取符合纳入与排除标准文献中的数据, 采用Revman 5.0 统计软件进行统计学分析, 对比光疗联合中药面膜及单纯光疗治疗寻常性痤疮的临床疗效?结果 符合纳入及排除标准的文献共5 篇, 包含382 例试验组患者和325 例对照组患者, 经随机效应模型分析, 光疗联合中药面膜治疗寻常性痤疮的疗效优于单纯光疗治疗(RR=1.25, 95%CI 为1.07~1.45, P<0.05), 差异具有统计学意义?结论 光疗联合中药面膜治疗寻常性痤疮的临床疗效显著优于单纯光疗治疗? |

| 【Abstract】Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of phototherapy in combination with TCM herbal mask and simple phototherapy in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods The databases of Pubmed, Embase, Cochrane, CNKI, Wangfang Data and Weipu Data were searched for the literatures regarding comparison of phototherapy in combination with TCM herbal mask and simple phototherapy in the treatment of acne vulgaris. The data in the literatures that meet the criteria of inclusion and exclusion were analyzed statistically using Revman 5.0 to compare the clinical efficacy of phototherapy in combination with TCM herbal mask and simple phototherapy in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Results Total 5 papers meet the criteria of inclusion and exclusion with total 328 patients in the treatment group and 325 patients in the control group. After random effect model analysis, the clinical efficacy of phototherapy in combination with TCM herbal mask is better than that of simple phototherapy in the treatment of acne vulgaris with a statistically significant difference (RR=1.25，95%CI :1.07～1.45，P＜0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of phototherapy in combination with TCM herbal mask is significantly better than that of simple phototherapy in the treatment of acne vulgaris. |
