| 【摘要】 目的 观察曲池穴穴位注射联合湿润烧伤膏治疗玫瑰糠疹的临床疗效?方法 对2012 年2 月—2015 年2 月中国人民解放军95861 部队后勤部医院收治的32 例玫瑰糠疹患者进行曲池穴注射维生素B1 注射液及皮损创面均匀涂抹湿润烧伤膏治疗, 观察治疗效果?结果 32 例患者创面均于治疗6 ~12 d 后基本痊愈, 且治疗期间无不良反应发生; 随访6 个月, 所有患者均未复发?结论 曲池穴穴位注射联合湿润烧伤膏治疗玫瑰糠疹,疗效显著, 操作简便, 值得临床推广应用? |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Quchi acupoint injection in combination with MEBO in the treatment of pityriasis rosea. Methods 32 patients with pityriasis rosea, admitted to PLA 95861 Logistics Hospital from February 2012 to February 2015, were treated with vitamin B1 injections at Quchi acupoint and the application of MEBO at the skin wound. Results The wounds in 32 patients all healed after 6-12 days of treatment with no adverse reactions during the treatment; no recurrence was observed in patients during the 6 months follow-up. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Quchi acupoint injection in combination with MEBO in treating pityriasis rosea is excellent with simple protocols, which deserves to be promoted in the clinical practice for treating pityriasis rosea. |
