目的 观察原位再生医疗技术治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效?方法 对2011 年12 月—2016 年11 月开封美宝烧伤创疡空分医院内科收治的71 例糖尿病足患者在全身综合治疗的基础上, 局部采用原位再生医疗技术治疗, 观察创面愈合情况?结果 71 例患者中, 除7 例患者(12 处溃疡创面) 因伴发疾病于治疗过程中死亡外,其余64 例(96 处溃疡创面) 患者创面全部愈合, 愈合时间为7 ~111 d; 治疗6 周时观察创面愈合情况, 治愈70处?显效20 处?有效5 处?无效1 处, 治愈率为72.9%?结论 原位再生医疗技术治疗糖尿病足, 疗效显著,操作简便, 值得临床推广应用? |

Objective To observe the clinical effect of the in situ regenerative medical technology in the treatment of diabetic foot. Methods Seventy-one patients with diabetic foot admitted to the Internal Medicine Department of Kaifeng MEBO Air Separation Hospital of Burns Wounds & Surface Ulcers between December 2011 and November 2016 were treated by local application of the in situ regenerative medical technology in addition to systemic treatments. The clinical outcomes were then observed. Results Among the 71 patients, 7 patients (with total 12 ulcer wounds) died during the treatment course. The wounds of the remaining 64 patients (with total 96 ulcer wounds) were all healed with a healing time of 7-111 days; after 6 weeks of treatment, 70 wounds were healed and the treatment was markedly effective in 20 wounds, effective in 5 wounds, ineffective in 1 wound, with a healing rate of 73%. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of the in situ regenerative medical technology is excellent in treating diabetic foot with a simple operational procedure, which can be promoted in the clinical practice. |
