| 目的 探讨湿润烧伤膏(moist exposed burn ointment, MEBO) 治疗深度压疮的临床疗效?方法 对2014 年1 月—2016 年12 月韶关市第一人民医院普外科收治的25 例Ⅳ期压疮患者采用MEBO 换药治疗, 6 周后观察创面愈合情况?结果 治疗6 周后, 25 例患者中, 显效14 例, 有效8 例, 无效3 例, 有效率为88%?结论 MEBO 能够为深度压疮创面的修复打下良好的基础, 疗效显著, 操作简便, 值得临床推广应用? |

| Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Moist Exposed Burn Ointment (MEBO) in the treatment of deep pressure ulcers. Methods Twenty-five patients with stage IV pressure ulcers admitted to the General Surgery Dept. of Shaoguan First People’s Hospital between January 2014 and December 2016 were treated with the dressing change of MEBO. The clinical outcomes were observed 6 weeks later. Results After 6 weeks of treatment, among the 25 patients, 14 patients showed marked effectiveness, 8 patients showed effectiveness while 3 patients were ineffective, with the total effective rate being 88%. Conclusion MEBO can facilitate the wound healing of deep pressure ulcers with its effective clinical efficacy and simple operational procedure, deserving to be promoted in clinical practice. |
