| 面部是最具特征性的暴露部位， 也是人体美表现最为集中的部位。面部烧伤在临床上较为多见，且在深度烧伤后多留有增生性瘢痕， 严重影响了患者的美观及眼、鼻、口等器官的生理功能， 给患者造成了巨大的身体创伤和心理负担。瘢痕的防治是指创伤愈合后瘢痕形成之前或瘢痕在逐渐形成过程中所采取的抑制或阻断瘢痕形成的一系列措施。虽然， 目前有关瘢痕防治的方法较多， 但仍缺乏统一和规范的治疗标准， 且其治疗效果报道不一。遂作者对瘢痕的防治予以综述， 旨在为面部烧伤后瘢痕的临床研究和治疗提供思路和帮助。 |

| Face is the exposed part with the most distinctive features, best reflecting the aesthetics of human body. Facial burn is commonly seen in clinical practice. Post-burn hypertrophic scarring can be observed in severe burns, which significantly compromises patients’ appearance and impairs their physiological function of eyes, nose and mouth, resulting in huge physical and mental trauma. Prevention of scarring refers to a series of measures used to inhibit or block the scar formation after the healing of wound or during the gradual process of scar formation. Currently, a number of scar prevention methods exist with various clinical outcomes. However, a universal and normative treatment standard is still not in place. The research progress on prevention of scar formation was therefore reviewed in this paper to provide ideas and insights for further clinical studies and treatments of hypertrophic scarring in facial burns. |
