| 目的 探讨重睑术联合提眉术矫正上睑皮肤松弛的临床疗效?方法 对2014 年8 月—2017 年1月山西省运城市盐湖区东城薛大夫整形外科门诊部收治的66 例上睑皮肤松弛患者采用提眉术联合重睑术治疗,观察治疗效果?结果 66 例患者切口均一期愈合, 无兔眼症?感染及视物模糊等并发症发生; 随访2 个月~ 3年, 所有患者上睑皮肤松弛及眼角纹均得到明显改善, 切口痕迹不明显, 重睑流畅自然, 效果满意?结论 重睑术联合提眉术可有效改善上睑皮肤松弛?纠正眼部功能障碍, 但具体操作方法应根据患者具体情况个性化设计? |

| Objective: To observe and discuss the clinical effects of double eyelid surgery in combination with eyebrow lifting for the correction of upper eyelid skin laxity. Methods: Sixty-six patients with upper eyelid skin laxity admitted to Dr. Xue’s Plastic Surgery Clinic in Yuncheng City, Shanxi Province were treated by double eyelid surgery in combination with eyebrow lifting. The clinical outcomes were then observed. Results: The wounds in the 66 patients were all healed primarily without the occurrence of complications such as lagophthalmos, infections or blurred vision, etc.; the follow-up of 2 months to 3 years showed significant improvement in upper eyelid skin laxity and crow’s feet, the incision scar was inconspicuous and the double eyelid seemed natural. Conclusion: Double eyelid surgery in combination with eyebrow lifting could significantly improve the upper eyelid skin laxity and correct vision dysfunctions, which has a value of clinical application. However, the specific procedures should be tailored according to the conditions of different patients. |
