| 【摘要】 国际糖尿病联合会的最新统计数据显示, 截至2015 年全球糖尿病患者人数已达4.15 亿(约占全世界成年人口的8.3%), 且预测至2040 年将迅速上升至6.42 亿，而糖尿病患者并发糖尿病足的几率约为25% (高达80%的患者可合并感染), 糖尿病足患者的截肢率约占糖尿病患者总截肢率的85%, 糖尿病足所致的糖尿病患者5 年死亡率高达43% ~55%?由此可见, 优化糖尿病足治疗方案已成为提高糖尿病足治疗效果, 降低糖尿病足患者截肢率及死亡率的关键?研究显示, 清创术是目前糖尿病足治疗的主要组成部分, 遂本研究中笔者将其应用进展予以综述, 旨在为进一步提高清创术在糖尿病足治疗中的应用效果提供帮助? |

| 【Abstract】The latest data from International Diabetes Federation showed that until 2015, the population of diabetic patients in the world had reached 415 million (approximately 8.3% of adult population in the world) and the number is expected to reach 642 million in 2040 [1-3]. The incidence of diabetic foot in diabetic patients was about 25% (80% of which would develop infections concomitantly)[4-5]. Moreover, the amputations caused by diabetic foot accounts for 85% of the total amputations in diabetic patients, and the 5-year mortality of diabetic patients with complication of diabetic foot was 43%-55%[6-7]. As a result, improvement of treatments for diabetic foot has become the key to improving the clinical outcomes and reducing the amputation rate and mortality in patients with diabetic foot. Studies have shown that debridement is a major part of the therapies for treating diabetic foot. Hence, the advances in the application of debridement in the treatment of diabetic foot were reviewed in this paper, in order to further improve the clinical efficacy of debridement during the treatment of diabetic foot. |
