| 【摘要】 目的 探讨湿润烧伤膏(moist exposed burn ointment, MEBO) 治疗Ⅳ期压疮的临床疗效?方法 对2012 年10 月—2016 年10 月天津市北辰区中医医院外科收治的107 例Ⅳ期压疮患者采用湿润烧伤膏换药治疗, 观察创面愈合时间及愈合效果?结果 107 例患者中除1 例患者于治疗过程中因原发疾病死亡外, 其余患者创面均完全愈合, 愈合时间为43 ~121 d; 治疗12 周后, 痊愈58 例, 显效34 例, 有效5 例, 无效9 例, 死亡1 例, 总有效率为91. 5%?结论 MEBO 治疗Ⅳ期压疮, 可有效促进创面愈合, 防治创面感染, 疗效显著, 值得临床推广应用? |

| 【Abstract】Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Moist Exposed Burn Ointment (MEBO) in the treatment of stage IV pressure ulcers. Methods One hundred and seven patients with stage IV pressure ulcers admitted to the General Surgery Department of Tianjin Beichen District Chinese Medicine Hospital between October 2012 and October 2016 were treated with the dressing change of MEBO. The wound healing time and wound healing effect were observed. Results Except that one patient died of primary disease during the treatment, all the patients were healed completely with the wound healing time of 43 to 121 days; the wound healing conditions were observed after 12 weeks of treatment, and 58 patients were cured, 34 patients showed marked effectiveness, 5 patients showed effectiveness, ineffectiveness was observed in 9 patients, and one patient died, with a total effective rate of 91.5%. Conclusion Treating stage IV pressure ulcers with MEBO can effectively promote wound healing and prevent wound infections, achieving excellent clinical efficacy and deserving to be promoted in clinical practice. |
