          【摘要】 目的 探讨原位再生医疗技术治疗一氧化碳中毒致可疑深部组织损伤性压疮的临床体会?方法 对2010 年1 月—2016 年3 月广元市第二人民医院神经内科收治的86 例一氧化碳中毒致可疑深部组织损伤性压疮患者在全身综合治疗及护理的同时, 全程规范应用原位再生医疗技术治疗压疮创面, 观察创面愈合时间及愈合效果?结果 所有患者压疮创面均完全愈合, 其中Ⅱ期压疮创面愈合时间为(14.4 ±3.8) d, Ⅲ期压疮创面愈合时间为(36.5 ±6.1) d, Ⅳ期压疮创面愈合时间为(62.1 ±3.6) d; 愈后皮肤均无明显瘢痕增生, 且无功能障碍?结论 在全身综合治疗及护理的同时, 采用原位再生医疗技术治疗一氧化碳中毒所致的压疮, 可有效控制深部组织损伤的进行性加重, 创面愈合时间较短, 愈合效果较好, 值得临床推广应用?

          【Abstract】Objective To discuss the clinical experience in treating pressure ulcers of suspected deep tissue injuries induced by carbon monoxide poisoning with the in situ regenerative medical technology. Methods Eighty-six patients with pressure ulcers of carbon monoxide poisoning-induced suspected deep tissue injuries admitted to Neurological Department of Guangyuan Second People’s Hospital between January 2010 and March 2016 were treated by the in situ regenerative medical technology through the whole treatment course, in addition to systemic comprehensive treatments and care. The wound healing time and wound healing results were observed. Results All pressure ulcer wounds were completely healed in all patients. The wound healing time was (14.4±3.8)d, (36.5±6.1)d and (62.1±3.6)d for stage II, stage III and stage IV pressure ulcers respectively. No hypertrophic scarring and functional impairment was observed. Conclusion In addition to systemic comprehensive management and care, treating pressure ulcers of carbon monoxide poisoning -induced suspected deep tissue injuries with the in situ regenerative medical technology can effectively control the progressive deterioration of deep tissue injuries, shorten the wound healing time and achieve good healing effect, deserving to be promoted in clinical practice.
