| 【摘要】 目的 观察湿润烧伤膏(moist exposed burn ointment, MEBO) 联合负压辅助愈合治疗系统治疗Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ期压疮的临床疗效?方法 将2014 年12 月—2016 年1 月开封美宝烧伤创疡空分医院内科收治的54 例Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ期压疮患者随机分为治疗组(27 例) 与对照组(27 例), 对照组患者采用MEBO 治疗, 治疗组患者采用MEBO 联合负压辅助愈合治疗系统治疗, 对比观察两组患者的创面愈合时间?创面愈合效果及治疗费用?结果 治疗组患者创面愈合时间为(133.56 ±8.03) d, 明显短于对照组的(156.96 ±12.79) d, 两组对比, t'= 8. 051,P <0.05, 差异具有统计学意义; 治疗组患者的治疗费用为(4.43 ± 0.69) 万元, 明显低于对照组的(4.76 ±0.24) 万元, 两组对比, t'= 2.347, P <0.05, 差异具有统计学意义; 治疗90 后, 治疗组患者痊愈12 例, 显效10 例, 好转5 例, 无效0 例, 明显优于对照组的痊愈5 例, 显效13 例, 好转5 例, 无效4 例, 两组对比, u =2.142, P <0.05, 差异具有统计学意义?结论 MEBO 联合负压辅助愈合治疗系统治疗Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ期压疮, 可明显缩短创面愈合时间, 提高创面愈合质量, 疗效显著, 且操作简便, 费用低廉, 值得临床推广应用? |

| 【Abstract】Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Moist Exposed Burn Ointment (MEBO) in combination with Vacuum Assisted Closure in the treatment of stage III and IV pressure ulcers. Methods Fifty-four patients with stage III and IV pressure ulcers admitted to the Internal Medicine Department of Kaifeng MEBO Air Separation Hospital of Burns Wounds & Surface Ulcers between December 2014 and January 2016 were randomly distributed into a treatment group (27 patients) and a control group (27 patients). Patients in the control group were treated by MEBO alone while patients in the treatment group were treated by MEBO in combination with Vacuum Assisted Closure system. The wound healing time, wound healing results and treatment costs were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The wound healing time in the treatment group was (133.56±8.03)d, significantly shorter than that in the control group ((156.96±12.79 d), the difference was statistically significant with t’= 8.051，P＜0.05; the cost of treatment for patients in the treatment group was 44300±6900 RMB, significantly lower than that in the control group (47600±2400 RMB), with a statistically significant difference (t’= 2.347，P＜0.05); after 90 days of treatment, 12 patients were healed and the treatment was markedly effective in 10 patients, effective in 5 patients and ineffective in no patient, which was significantly better than that in the control group (5 patients healed, markedly effective in 13 patients, effective in 5 patients, ineffective in 4 patients) with a statistically significant difference (u=2.142，P＜0.05). Conclusion Treating stage III and IV pressure ulcers with MEBO in combination with Vacuum Assisted Closure system can achieve good clinical efficacies, such as significantly reducing the wound healing time and improving the healing quality, in addition to its easy-and-simple procedure and low cost, deserving to be promoted in clinical practice. |
