| 【摘要】 目的 观察创疡贴治疗小切口大汗腺清除术后创面的临床疗效?方法 将2011 年4 月—2014 年12 月自贡市第四人民医院甲状腺乳腺外科收治的65 例腋臭患者按照随机数表法随机分为治疗组(28例) 与对照组(37例), 两组患者均采用小切口大汗腺清除术治疗, 其中治疗组患者术后创面予以创疡贴换药治疗, 对照组患者术后创面予以常规换药治疗, 对比观察两组患者的创面愈合情况?结果 治疗组患者创面愈合时间为(8.07 ±2.19) d, 明显短于对照组患者的创面愈合时间(12.25±2.78) d, 两组对比, P<0.01, 差异具有统计学意义; 术后随访5 个月～1 年, 除对照组中2 例植皮患者出现瘢痕增生外, 其余患者均无明显瘢痕增生?结论 创疡贴治疗小切口大汗腺清除术后创面, 可有效促进创面愈合, 疗效显著, 且操作简便, 值得临床推广应用? |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of MEBO wound and ulcer dressing in the treatment of postoperative wound after small incision apocrine gland removal. Methods 65 patients with bromhidrosis admitted to The Fourth People's Hospital of Zigong between April 2011 and December 2014 were divided, according to random table number, into treatment group (28 cases) and control group (37 cases). Patients of both groups were treated with small incision apocrine gland removal surgery. After that, patients of the treatment group were treated with MEBO wound and ulcer dressing change while the patients of control group were treated with conventional dressing change. The wound healing of patients of the two groups were compared. Result Wound healing time for treatment group was （8.07±2.19）d, which is much shorter than that of control group （12.25±2.78）d. The result of comparison showed statistically significant difference. During 5-12 month follow up, only two patients with grafting surgery suffered from scar hyperplasia and the rest showed no sign of scar hyperplasia. Conclusion For the treatment of postoperative wound after small incision apocrine gland removal, MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing can promote wound healing. It should be promoted in clinical practice due to its excellent efficacy and simple procedure. |
