| 【摘要】 目的 观察湿润烧伤膏联合创疡贴治疗Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ期压疮的临床疗效?方法 将2014 年1 月—2017年3 月常州市德安医院外科收治的124 例压疮患者随机分为观察组(60例) 与对照组(64例), 其中观察组患者采用湿润烧伤膏联合创疡贴治疗, 对照组患者采用银离子藻酸盐敷料治疗, 对比观察两组患者的创面愈合时间、愈合效果、换药次数及经济成本?结果 治疗2个月后, 观察组患者的总有效率为98.3%, 创面愈合时间为(46.00±4.71) d, 换药次数为(43.05±8.97)次, 经济成本为(1022.83±220.00)元, 对照组患者的总有效率为92.2%, 创面愈合时间为(48.29 ± 4.98)d, 换药次数为(47.39±11.90)次, 经济成本为(2549.00±382.00)元, 两组对比, P均<0. 05, 差异具有统计学意义?结论 湿润烧伤膏联合创疡贴治疗Ⅲ～Ⅳ期压疮,可有效促进创面的再生愈合, 减少换药次数, 疗效显著, 且价格低廉, 患者依从性较好, 值得临床推广应用? |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of MEBO combined with MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing in the treatment of stage Ⅲ～Ⅳ pressure sores. Methods 124 patients with pressure sore admitted to the Surgery Department of Changzhou De'an Hospital between January 2014 and March 2017 were randomly divided into two groups: observation group (60 cases) and control group (64 cases). MEBO combined with MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing was used to treat patients of observation group and Alginate Silver Ion Dressing was used to treat the patients of control group. Wound healing time, healing effect, dressing times and the economic cost were compared between the two groups. Result After 2 months of treatment, for the observation group, total effective rate was 98.3%, wound healing time was (46.00 ± 4.71) d, number of dressing change was (43.05 ± 8.97) and economic cost was (1022.83 ± 220.00) Yuan. For the control group, effective rate was 92.2%, wound healing time was (48.29 ± 4.98) d, number of dressing change was (47.39 ± 11.90) and the economic cost was (2549.00 ± 382.00) Yuan. The comparison between the two groups showed statistically significant difference (P<0.05,). Conclusion MEBO in combination with MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing in the treatment of stage Ⅲ～ Ⅳ pressure sores can promote wound healing and regeneration, and reduce the number of dressing change. It should be promoted in clinical practice in that it is inexpensive and patient compliance is good. |
