| 【摘要】 目的 对比观察湿润烧伤膏治疗混合痔术后创面的临床疗效?方法 将2016 年1 月—2017 年2月张家口市万全区医院中医肛肠科收治的60 例混合痔患者按照随机数表法随机分为治疗组(30例) 与对照组(30例), 其中治疗组患者于混合痔外剥内扎术后外用湿润烧伤膏治疗, 对照组患者于混合痔外剥内扎术后外敷凡士林油纱治疗, 对比观察两组患者的创面疼痛情况及愈合时间?结果 两组患者创面均完全愈合, 其中治疗组患者创面愈合时间为13～25 d [(17.26±3.45) d], 明显短于对照组患者的创面愈合时间15～30 d [(19.45±3.11) d], P (单侧) <0.01, 差异具有统计学意义; 分别于术后第3 天及第1、2、4 周采用视觉模拟评分法评估两组患者的创面疼痛程度, 其中治疗组患者的创面疼痛程度均明显低于对照组, P 均<0.01, 差异具有统计学意义?结论 湿润烧伤膏治疗混合痔术后创面, 可有效缓解创面疼痛, 缩短创面愈合时间, 疗效显著, 且操作简便, 值得临床推广应用? |

| 【Abstract】Objective To observe the clinical effect of MEBO in the treatment of postoperative wound after mixed hemorrhoids surgery. 60 patients with mixed hemorrhoids admitted to the Dept. of Colon and Rectal Surgery of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Hospital of Wanquan District between January 2016 and February 2017, were divided, according to random number table, into treatment group (30 patients) and control group (30 cases). Patients of treatment group were treated with external application of MEBO after Milligan-Morgan haemorrhoidectomy. Patients of control group were treated with external application of Vaseline gauze. The healing time and pain severity of the patients in the two groups were observed. Results Patients of the two groups are completely healed. The wound healing time for patients of treatment group was 13～25 d[(17.26±3.45) d], much shorter than wound healing time for patients of control group 15～30 d[(19.45±3.11) d] and the comparison showed statistically significant difference (p(Unilateral)< 0.01); Pain severity was evaluated with visual analogue scale on day 3, week 1, week 2 and week 4 and patients of treatment group suffered much less pain than patients of control group and the comparison showed statistically significant difference ( p < 0.01). Conclusion Treating postoperative wounds after mixed hemorrhoids surgery with MEBO can effectively alleviate wound pain and shorten wound healing time. It should be promoted in clinical practice due to its excellent clinical effect and simple procedure. |
