| 【摘要】 目的 探讨湿润烧伤膏联合激光治疗面部扁平疣的临床疗效?方法 对2013 年8 月—2016 年8月江西省消防总队医院皮肤科收治的70 例面部扁平疣患者于激光术后采用湿润烧伤膏治疗术后创面, 每天换药2～3 次, 观察创面愈合时间及愈合效果?结果 治疗12 d 后, 所有患者创面均完全愈合; 随访1 个月, 所有患者疣体均未复发, 愈后皮肤均无明显瘢痕增生, 仅留有少量色素沉着?结论 湿润烧伤膏联合激光治疗面部扁平疣, 可有效促进术后创面的再生愈合, 缩短创面愈合时间, 减轻创面色素沉着, 预防创面瘢痕增生, 疗效显著,且操作简便, 值得临床推广应用? |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To observe and explore the clinical efficacy of MEBO combined with laser therapy in the treatment facial flat warts. Methods 70 patients with facial flat warts admitted to the Dermatology Department of Jiangxi Fire-fighting General Hospital between August 2013 and August 2016 were treated with laser and then MEBO was used to treat their postoperative wounds. Dressing change was performed 2-3 times per day. Wound healing time and healing effect were observed. Results 12 days after the treatment, wounds of all patients were completely healed; upon one month follow-up, no relapse was observed. No hypertrophic scaring was found after healing, except a small amount of pigmentation. Conclusion For the treatment of facial flat warts, MEBO combined with laser therapy can promote the regenerative restoration of postoperative wound, shorten healing time, reduce pigmentation on wounds, and prevent the formation of scar. The treatment should be promoted in clinical practice due to its simple procedure and excellent clinical efficacy. |
