| 【摘要】 目的 观察中药熏洗治疗尖锐湿疣CO2 激光术后创面的临床疗效?方法 将2015 年12 月—2016年10 月黑龙江中医药大学附属第二医院皮肤科收治的70 例尖锐湿疣患者随机分为治疗组(35例) 与对照组(35例), 治疗组患者于CO2 激光术后予以中药熏洗治疗局部创面, 对照组患者于CO2 激光术后予以重组人干扰素α-2b 抑菌凝胶治疗局部创面, 对比观察两组患者的临床疗效?结果 治疗6 周后, 治疗组患者皮损部位评分为(0.09 ±0.04) 分, 皮损数量评分为(0.06±0.02) 分, 自觉症状评分为(0.03±0.02) 分, 对照组皮损部位评分为(0.34±0.07) 分, 皮损数量评分为(0.34±0.08) 分, 自觉症状评分为(0.19±0.04) 分, 两组对比,P 均<0. 01, 差异具有统计学意义; 随访6 个月, 治疗组痊愈31 例, 复发3 例, 复发率为8.82%, 对照组痊愈23 例, 复发9 例, 复发率为28.13%, 两组对比, P <0.05, 差异具有统计学意义?结论 采用中药熏洗治疗尖锐湿疣CO2 激光术后创面, 可有效促进术后创面的生理性修复, 降低复发率, 疗效显著, 值得进一步深入研究及推广应用? |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of fumigation of Chinese medicine in the treatment of local wounds after CO2 laser treatment of condyloma acuminatum. Methods 70 patients with condyloma acuminatum admitted to Dermatology Department of Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine between December 2015 and October 2016 were randomly divided into treatment group (35 cases) and control group (35 cases). The patients in the treatment group were treated with fumigation of Chinese medicine after CO2 Laser Treatment and the patients in the control group were treated with human recombinant alpha- b interferon anti-bacterial gel after CO2 Laser Treatment. The wound treatment of patients of the two groups was observed. Results After 6 weeks of treatment, for patients of the treatment group, skin lesion parts score was (0.09±0.04) points, skin lesion number score was (0.06±0.02) points, and subjective symptom score was (0.03±0.02) points. For patients of the control group, skin lesion parts score was (0.34±0.07) points, skin lesion number score was (0.34 ± 0.08) points, and subjective symptom score was (0.19±0.04) points. The comparison of the two groups showed statistically significant difference (p < 0.01); during six month follow up, in the treatment group, 31 patients were cured, 3 patients got relapse and relapse rate was 8.82%. In the control group, 23 patients were cured, 9 patients got relapse and relapse rate was 28.13%. The comparison of the two groups showed statistically significant difference(P＜0.05). Conclusion Fumigation of Chinese medicine in the treatment of local wounds after CO2 laser treatment of Condyloma acuminatum can promote postoperative physiological repair of wounds and reduce the relapse rate. It should be promoted due to its excellent clinical efficacy. |
