          【摘要】 目的 观察点阵激光治疗瘢痕术后创面应用湿润烧伤膏换药治疗的临床疗效?方法 对2014 年5月—2017 年1 月南华大学附属浏阳市人民医院整形美容科收治的284 例瘢痕增生患者, 于点阵激光磨削术后, 创面左上及右下区域予以湿润烧伤膏换药治疗(设为治疗组), 左下及右上区域予以碘伏换药治疗(设为对照组),对比观察两种治疗方法的临床疗效?结果 湿润烧伤膏治疗组创面愈合时间为(11.0±3.0) d?温度恢复时间为(2.75±0.25) h?疼痛恢复时间为(3.25±1.25) h?细菌转阴时间为(5.0±1.0) d?愈后VSS 评分为(7. 80±0.70) 分, 对照组创面愈合时间为(18.0±3.0) d?温度恢复时间为(6.00±1.00) h?疼痛恢复时间为(42.00±30.00) h?细菌转阴时间为(14.0±2.0) d?愈后VSS 评分为(8.70±1.00) 分, 两组对比, P均<0.01, 差异具有统计学意义?结论 湿润烧伤膏可有效促进点阵激光治疗瘢痕术后创面的愈合, 防治创面感染, 缓解创面疼痛, 疗效显著, 值得临床推广应用?

          【Abstract】Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of dressing change of MEBO for postoperative wound after treatment of scar with fractional laser. Methods 284 patients with scar hypertrophies admitted to the Department of Plastic Surgery, People's Hospital of Liuyang of Nanhua University between May 2014 and January 2017 were treated with laser abrasion. Then they were divided into two groups: treatment group - dressing change of MEBO on upper left and lower right parts of wounds and control group: dressing change of iodophor on the upper right and lower left parts of wounds. The clinical efficacy of the two treatment methods were observed and compared. Results For treatment group, healing time was (11.0±3.0) d, temperature recovery time was (2.75±0.25) h, pain recovery time was (3.25±1.25) h, time for bacteria turning negative was (5.0±1.0) d, and VSS score after healing was (7.80 ± 0.70); for control group, wound healing time was (18.0±3.0) d, temperature recovery time was (6.00 ± 1.00) h, pain recovery time was (42.00±30.00)h, time for bacteria turning negative was (14.0±2.0) d, and VSS score after healing was(8.70 ± 1.00). The comparison of the two groups showed statistically significant difference, (all P <0.01). Conclusion MEBO can promote the postoperative wound healing after fractional laser treatment of scar, prevent wound infection and alleviate wound pain. It should be promoted in clinical practice due to its excellent clinical efficacy.
