| 目的 对比分析Meek 植皮术联合湿润烧伤膏治疗大面积烧伤的临床疗效?方法 将2014 年1月—2017 年5 月南阳市中医院外科收治的82 例大面积烧伤患者按照随机数表法随机分为观察组(41 例) 与对照组(41 例), 其中观察组患者采用Meek 植皮术联合湿润烧伤膏治疗, 对照组患者采用邮票植皮术治疗, 对比观察两组患者的手术情况?治疗效果?治疗费用?治疗满意度及并发症发生率等?结果 观察组患者的1% 皮片植皮用时为(1.03±0.02) min, 手术时间为(3.99 ±1.33) h, 皮片成活率为(81.23 ±2.03)%, 皮片融合时间为(11.03±1.44) d, 住院时间为(35.89±3.69) d, 治疗费用为(32654.22±511.44) 元; 对照组患者的1% 皮片植皮用时为(2.15±0.33) min, 手术时间为(6.13±1.89) h, 皮片成活率为(71.69±3.44)%, 皮片融合时间为(17.95±2.52) d, 住院时间为(59.89±3.77) d, 治疗费用为(59871.36±555.78) 元, 两组对比, P均<0.01, 差异具有统计学意义?观察组患者的治疗满意度为95.12%, 并发症发生率为7.32%; 对照组患者的治疗满意度为80.48%, 并发症发生率为21.96%, 两组对比, P 均< 0.05, 差异具有统计学意义?结论 Meek植皮术联合湿润烧伤膏治疗大面积烧伤, 可有效提高手术效果, 降低并发症发生率, 缩短创面愈合时间, 提高患者满意度, 不仅疗效显著, 而且还有利于构建和谐的医患关系, 减少不必要的医患纠纷, 值得临床推广应用? |

| Objective To compare and analyze the clinical efficacy of Meek Skin Grafting Technology combined with MEBO in the treatment of large area burn. Methods 82 patients with large area burn, admitted to Surgery Department, Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Nanyang City from January 2014 to May 2017 were divided, according to random number table, into observation group(41 cases) which was treated with skin grafting technique combined with MEBO, and control group(41 cases) which was treated with stamp skin grafting. Surgical situation, therapeutic effect, treatment expense, patient satisfaction and incidence of complication were observed. Results For observation group, time for 1% skin flap grafting was （1.03±0.02）min, operation time （3.99±1.33）h, flap survival rate （81.23±2.03）%, flap integration time （11.03±1.44）d, hospitalization time （35.89±3.69）d, treatment expense （32654.22±511.44）RMB; For control group, time for 1% skin flap grafting was （2.15±0.33）min, operation time （6.13±1.89）h, flap survival rate （71.69±3.44）%, flap integration time （17.95±2.52）d, hospitalization time （59.89±3.77）d, treatment expense （59871.36±555.78）RMB. The comparison of the two groups showed statistically significant difference(P＜0.01). For observation group, Patient satisfaction was 95.12% and complication rate was 7.32%; For control group, patient satisfaction was 80.48% and complication rate was 21.96%. The comparison between two groups showed statistically significantly difference(P＜0.05). Conclusion Meek skin grafting technique combined with MEBO can improve operation efficacy, reduce incidence of complication and wound healing time and increase patient satisfaction in the treatment of extensive burns. It can also ease the tension between patients and doctors and reduce medical disputes due to its excellent curative efficacy. It is worthy of being promoted in clinical practice. |
