目的对比观察湿润烧伤膏联合妈咪爱治疗小儿Ⅰ期肛裂的临床疗效?方法将2015 年10月—2016 年10月大连市瓦房店妇婴医院肛肠科收治的30 例肛裂患儿随机分为治疗组(15例) 与对照组(15例),其中对照组患儿采用温水坐浴?饮食调整及训练排便习惯等方法治疗, 治疗组患儿在对照组患儿治疗的基础上加用湿润烧伤膏联合妈咪爱治疗?治疗2周后, 对比观察两组患儿的临床疗效?结果治疗2 周后, 治疗组患儿中痊愈9例, 有效5例, 无效1例, 总有效率为93.33%; 对照组患儿中痊愈4 例, 有效5 例, 无效6 例, 总有效率为60.00%, 两组对比, P <0.05, 差异具有统计学意义?结论湿润烧伤膏联合妈咪爱治疗小儿Ⅰ期肛裂,可有效防治大便干燥, 减轻大便对创面的不良刺激, 促使患儿规律排便, 促进创面愈合, 疗效显著, 值得临床推广应用?

Objective To observe and compare clinical efficacy of MEBO combined with Medilac-Vita powder in the treatment of stageⅠ children anal fissure. Methods 30 patients with anal fissure, admitted to Anorectal Surgery Department, Wafangdian Women and Infants hospital in Da Lian between October 2016 and October 2017 were randomly divided into treatment group (15 cases) and control group (15 cases). Children patients in control group was treated with warm sitz bath, diet modification and adjustment of bowl habit while children patients in treatment group were treated with MEBO combined with Medilac-vita powder in addition to the treatment of control group. The curative efficacy of the two groups were observed and compared after two weeks of treatment. Result After 2 weeks of treatment, 9 patients got cured, 5 patients got improved and 1 got no improvement in treatment group. The total effective rate was 93.33%. In control group, 4 patients got cured, 5 patients got improved and 6 patients got no improvement. The total effective rate was 60%. The comparison of the two groups showed statistically significant difference (P＜0.05). Conclusion MEBO combined with Medilac-Vita powder in the treatment of stageⅠchildren anal fissure, can effectively prevent dry stool, negative stimulus to the wound caused by dry stool, lead to regular bowel movement and promote wound healing. It should be promoted in clinical practice due to its excellent efficacy.
